LOCATION
If you want to step out of your room and almost straight onto the bus to campus you can!
We’re located next door to Coventry’s main Pool Meadow Bus Station, where you’ll be able to get on the ‘12x’, ‘11’ or ‘14’ bus directly to the University of Warwick.
Because we’re the first stop, you’ll always get a seat in the mornings and the journey only takes around 17 minutes in normal traffic, with buses leaving every 7 minutes.

Our studio flats come with their own private bathroom and kitchen and have been purposely built to provide you with a great place to live.

Kitchen: Modern, practical kitchen with microwave, built-in oven & hob, and large fridge freezer. Also featuring four full-sized cupboards, drawer space, a waste bin and extractor fan.
Bathroom: Designer bathroom suite with luxury double shower, toilet, sink, heated towel rail, mirror, and fan.
Storage: Bookshelves, drawers, and triple wardrobes in every deluxe room (double wardrobes in standard studios). Plus, lots of storage space under the bed and top of your wardrobe.
Seating: Relaxing double leather sofa (or chair in standard studios).
Desk: Your own personal workspace with a comfortable office chair, 32” wall-mounted TV and plenty of plug sockets for all your tech.
Superfast broadband: Free broadband with unlimited uploads and downloads, dedicated network support available 24/7 and speeds of up to 200mb/s.
Safety and security: Secure fob and turnstile entry and an intercom system to allow guests into the building without leaving your room. Spy holes on all doors and laptop-size safe to safeguard your belongings. Alongside our 24/7, 365 days-a-year onsite security team.
Modern design: Blackout curtains, laminate wooden flooring and large windows. Most rooms have floor to ceiling windows.
You can also choose your room view and size of your flat.
And you only need to pay one week’s rent to book your room!
