Large secure courtyard to rear with very little garden maintenance. Prolific grape vine! Wooden shed for bikes etc. Quiet wide street with unrestricted parking. No permit required. Conveniently located within easy walking distance of Christ Church and UCA Universities. Kent Universiry is only 20 minutes away by the fast cheap and regular Unibus. Equally the house is within easy walking distance of the East Station (mainline railway station), Chemistry night club, Aldi, the bus and coach station and historic City centre. The landlord is friendly and reliable taking pride in keeping the building in a high standard of repair and responding quickly should repairs be necessary. As a result most students choose to stay for two years and some have remained for three. The landlord wishes to refund the full deposit to his students and has done so for the last four groups of tenants. In return he has received written thanks and gifts from his students including: "I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to you for the pleasant stayI have had in the house I rented from you.
