The accommodation offers double beds with storage, en-suite bathroom, sofa in most rooms, wardrobe, chair and study desk, together with a generous supply of well-placed double power points. The modern fitted kitchen includes a microwave/oven, fridge/freezer and stainless steel hob. Additionally, water and internet is included in the price and each unit benefits from its own dedicated internet supply. The CUBE also benefits from an in house launderette. The landlord/letting agent would like to let this property as a whole. Most commonly to be offered on a joint tenancy agreement though some landlords may be able to offer individual tenancy agreements.
