According to the UTS website, 71% of Australian resident undergraduates are in full time employment with a median full time salary of AU$ 62,600. For those not employed, 14.5% are still within education.
Fees
The Maximum Student Contribution amount from 1st January 2022 per EFTSL is A$3,985 for Band 1, A$8,021 for Band 2, A$11,401 for Band 3 and A$14,630 for Band 4. For International Students, tuition fees can range from A$18,520-26,000 per year, depending on the field of study.
Bursaries

The UTS Housing Service provides a wide range of different accommodation options, whether that be a studio apartment or shared living. The options nearest to campus are self-catered but located close to many supermarkets.

the Univerisity of Technology Sydney Students Association (UTSSA) is a student run group that represents, supports and advocates for UTS students. Some of the areas in which UTSSA support students in with the Bluebird Brekkie Bar, providing free breakfasts for students along with free dinners being offered at the Night Owl Noodle Bar.

UTS is the top university in Australia when it comes to research impact , with it also being known for its innovative learning and teaching approach.
News
In September 2022, it was announced that a new AU$5.6 milliom for future-focused research in the industries of renewable lithium batteries, cybersecurity measures and complementary health promotions.
