The communal lounge has two leather suites and the property has laminated flooring throughout.  This property has recently undergone improvements during this summer which have included a new Media Wall fitted in the lounge housing a Smart 55 inch TV, Sound Bar, Acoustic Nature Boards to further improve your sound quality and a lovely feature live-in-flame fireplace with remote control for those cosy nights in. There are two separate bathrooms for 3 people including a full size bath!     The house is in a great location, it’s close to town and shops such as Lidl and Tesco. University is only a 10 minute walk from the house and easy to get to. It’s a lovely house with all the bedrooms being a good size. The landlords also very helpful, if there have been any problems she is quick to sort them out and she easily contactable. I would definitely recommend renting a property off her.

    This property is perfect for students who need quick and easy access to the city and/or university campuses which are only a 10 minute walk away. Just inside Kensington fields, the property is perfect distance from 2 supermarkets whilst still being close to the city centre (15 minute walk). Rooms and common areas have obviously been designed with the student in mind and finished to a high standard. All bedrooms are a good size and make for a comfortable personal space as well as a great study space at the same time. Each room in the house has little touches that you just wouldn’t get from a cookie cutter student let - making it really feel like a home away from home. This is the second year I have rented with this landlord due to how easy and transparent they made the whole process. The very few repairs/problems we have had have always been dealt with in a timely manner, with no complaint and efficient communication. I would definitely recommend this property/landlord to any student looking to rent in the future.
