    This house is in a safe area in Kensington and is a 10-15 minute walk from the University of Liverpool Campus. I am currently sharing the property with two of my university friends and we are loving it.     The location is handy as it is only a 15 min walk from the main UOL campus. There is everything you need within walking distance , shops etc. The house is lovely especially for the price point! My only issues are; - new curtains are definitely needed as the blinds do almost nothing in the way of blocking out light. - the bed frames are very loud and make a lot of noise even when you just turn over in the night. The landlord was always helpful whenever we needed a hand!

    The location is fantastic; it only takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to campus/lectures and about 20-25 to walk into town. There are bus routes nearby too. The property itself is a great size for us as there’s only 3 of us so we can all fit in the kitchen on the odd occasion where we need to, and the bedrooms are a nice size. Barb is a lovely landlord and always responds to messages on the same day :)

    I lived at 145 Leopold Road for 2 years. The location is great, 25 minute walk to town and only 5/10 minutes walk to Uni which is great. Jack's supermarket is only a 5 minute walk away too! The property itself was well looked after, spacious, two showers and a bath for a three bed student property is not common so this was a big bonus. The heating was great, perfect for the winter months. The WIFI always worked perfectly for us. There were locks on all the bedroom doors and an alarm system that was easy to use, this made us feel safe when leaving the house. There's a cupboard on the landing upstairs and this was great for storage, also the basement was handy for storing suitcases etc. The rent includes bills which is great and you can pay 3 times a year after your student loan comes in! Barb, the landlord, always went above and beyond to help us. Barb always responded to our queries quickly and helped us out whenever we needed anything. Not many people can say they had a positive experience with their landlord but we certainly did! Personally I have not got anything negative to say about 145 Leopold and Barb, it is a great student property :)
