Ok, l'll be honest we is really mostly me, Ross. I've been letting property since I left Plymouth University early in 2000. So as a graduate I know the good, bad and quite frankly the f'ugly of Plymouth Student Accommodation!

I've done the viewings, I've met the landlords, been herded by the agents, I've been ripped off, frustrated and let down. It's not all bad but as you probably already know it can be a minefield. Looking for somewhere half decent to live can take time, patience and often a lot of luck! Over the years I've bought, renovated and tried to create the kind of places I wish I'd found as a student. Plymouth student accommodation as it should be.

I take great pride in ensuring my properties are given to you in a good condition and when you move in they will be spotlessly clean, well decorated and everything will work! Saying that we can't guarantee your house won't have problems throughout your tenancy but what is really important is we will do our very best to resolve issues quickly and properly. Our tenants are carefully chosen and although I'm not looking for angels or shy retiring types, I am looking for tenants who share a mutual respect and like living in a nice environment.

Provide top quality student accommodation at reasonable prices. Maintain the property well, treat tenants with respect and remain approachable at all times.

This one bedroom student property is a super space for either you on your ownsome or as a couple. Ideal for Plymouth University or a student at Marjons.  It’s the latest Tern Quay renovation so its especially sharp and fresh. It's cosy whilst not feeling small. Quirky features make the very best of this space… you won’t be disappointed if your looking for independence and somewhere great to relax. Why settle for anything less as a student in Plymouth.
The highlights of this student property are the enclosed private courtyard, high ceilings, a nice bright living space, good sized kitchen, separate dinning or study area and a cosy double bedroom with a vaulted ceiling. You are also fortunate to have your own private entrance which isn’t shared with any other properties.
 
Situated in the heart of a thriving area of Plymouth known as Stoke Village, you have everything you will ever need right on your doorstep. There’s a super-market, café, bakery, pharmacy, takeaways, a pub or two and the best Curry House in town (in my opinion) Student heaven! There is also ample parking just around the corner if you ever have friends or family visit.

I almost forgot to mention the delightful park across the road, it’s the highest point in Plymouth with views over the city, Tamar river and Cornwall, perfect to escape to on a sunny afternoon.

Stoke village is a 20 minute walk from the main campus, but the No.32 bus takes you from your doorstep to the University in just 8 minutes! There's also somewhere to keep a bike if you fancy riding to and fro'. There is off-road parking but it is limited so if this is something which is important to you we can discuss it when you get in touch.
