A single bedroom is available in a four bedroomed house located in Guildford very close to the University and Hospital, 2 doubles and 2 singles designed for high standard student living.

Good sized kitchen and communal space with 2 fridge freezers, gas hob & electric oven, new washing machine & dishwasher. Regularly serviced central heating combi boiler providing instant hot water. 

Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, iron and board, toaster, hoover, kettle and microwave are provided.  All you need to bring is bedding, towels and clothes.

Bathrooms are on the first floor, ( shower, toilet and basin), and the ground floor, (cloakroom with toilet and basin).

All charges for broadband, water and energy are included, so this property is a low hassle cost effective option for tenants with no other costs other than the rent.  

You deal directly with the landlord so there are no Agency fees!

The property is located a 10 minute walk away from the main campus and 15 minutes away from the research park. There are bus stops close by to travel into town, otherwise it is about a 30 minute walk. The Tescos superstore is about a 10 minute walk away but there are two groups of shops just up the road.

All our properties are cleaned prior to your moving in and all houses are regularly maintained and refurbished as required. We meet HMO standards and this property is registered as a HMO with Guildford Council. 

We have the appropriate smoke alarms in communal spaces and also in bedrooms and fire extinguishers and blankets are provided.

We have current Gas certificates and current electrical safety certificates.

We pride ourselves on having happy tenants and we use a house WhatsApp group providing instant communication to ensure that any problems are sorted as soon as possible.
