Approximately 10 minutes walk from the city centre (St Benedicts Street) and 15 minutes walk from NUA (St Georges Street). For students at UEA it is roughly 6 minutes from a bus-stop from which you can catch the Number 22, or the 22A, which will take you to campus to but via a slightly circuitous route (For those who are willing to walk a little further (10-12 minutes), you can catch the Number 26 from Earlham Road, which should then get you to UEA in 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic!). Cycling should get you there in about 9minutes, and there is a brick-built shed for bicycle storage. In addition to the bedrooms, the flat has a shared living room, large kitchen (with double oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, and cupboard for drying clothes), and a separate bathroom (with shower over the bath) and toilet.
