1 double upstairs room available (pic 14)  from 1st Nov until 31st August. We currently have 2 lovely female students in the house. If you would like to view the house email or call me. 

All bills are included in the rent, 

3 Bedroom House, 2 large bedrooms upstairs and 1smaller room downstairs. Downstairs lounge, new fitted kitchen and downstairs bathroom. 
Each bedroom has a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair plus double bed.  laminate flooring throughout (apart from stairs new carpet)
Rental includes bills, it’s a top of the range boiler, so it’s a nice warm house.
We provide all pots, pans, cutlery etc. We really look after the house and pride ourselves on being good landlords. As you see from the pictures the house is a real home from home.

The house is  approximately 10 minute walk from York city centre, Lidl, Morrisons, Waitrose and other home stores.  
There is street parking available.
