    My experience living in 26 Gwenfron Road was a pleasant one. The property provided me and my two housemates with three brilliantly sized bedrooms, a cosy living space with excellent fittings, and a kitchen with all the space we could ever need. Getting to and from University was never a problem with the house being located directly next to a bus stop. This provided for an easy commute to the LJMU Redmonds building. The property being located in Kensington surrounded me with a lot of the essentials, so I never needed to go too far from home to get anything I ever needed. Such essentials included a Lidl, an Iceland and a McDonalds all being around a 10 minute walk away meant that I was in the centre of everything I ever really needed. The landlord made our experience all the more pleasant. She was very understanding and patient with us regarding any questions we had to ask or any confusions that we ever had. She also dedicated her time to ever asking if there was anything we may need or anything that she could do to help improve our experience, which just shows her commitment to her tenants as the individuals that they are. All in all, my experience at the property left me more than happy and complaint-free.

    Barb makes living in this house a dream, I don't think I could muster a criticism. We had an awful experience last year with Address Properties, a big property company so we wanted to go with a more independent and personal landlord, and this was definitely the right call! She's very clear with expectations, great at communication, understanding, and speedy at resolving issues with the property. After going for a viewing of the property, we asked if a TV could be bought for the living room, and Barb went above and beyond by mounting a brand new TV and a media wall. The house was given to us in an immaculate state and all the documentation we could ever need was handed to us in a binder, which we liked as it felt practical and transparent. What's more, Barb is actively on the side of students and meets with the Liverpool City Council to represent the student voice. I've only lived here a little over a month but I'm really happy with the property!
