We know that students want access to a full-time dedicated Account Manager; free of charge, who will deal with all areas of your tenancy from administration and finance to maintenance issues, and aim to always be friendly and approachable when assisting with any problems or queries. We have a full time Property Director, two dedicated Account Managers and many Administrators, a full time Maintenance Manager and a team of numerous builders and contractors. Our team only works for our student tenants and not for other agencies, so we are dedicated to making sure that our properties are maintained to a very high standard and are available quickly to deal with anything.


All of our houses comply with Brighton & Hove City Council Private Sector Housing Regulations. They have the necessary gas and electricity safety certifications. All are fitted with smoke detectors in all rooms and wired in to the electrical system which ensures your absolute safety.

Situated less than a minute from the bus stops on Elm grove, 5 minutes to the local Co-op, and only a 10 minute walk to the big Sainsburys, the location of this property couldn't get much better. You can be at Sussex or Brighton Uni by bus within 20 minutes with a coffee from The Flour Pot Bakery in hand, as it's practically opposite your front door!

Each bedroom is furnished with everything you will need - a double bed, desk, chair and wardrobe/hanging space for clothes. The large kitchen/dining area is fitted with white goods and two ovens, and the separate lounge includes sofas, all inclusive of the price. The large kitchen/diner and lovely patio garden lend themselves to socialising or summer BBQ's!

We have a great partnership set up with one of the best student utilities providers in the UK, so the house has a great bills package that is part of the tenancy including Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet plus some other bolt-on options too :)
