Our student house, 2 Morley Road is situated in a quiet street in the Mount Pleasant area. It is 15 mins walk from Exeter University main campus and St Lukes campus and 10 minutes to the centre of town. The house has been completely refurbished, decorated throughout, with new carpets, modern furniture, gas central heating and wooden flooring in all the communal rooms, with a brand new second bathroom. It features a fitted kitchen with a double gas oven and hob, microwave oven, kettle, 4 slot toaster, coffee machine and 2 fridges and freezer. Adjacent is a room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The lounge area includes a large flat screen TV, Dining table, chairs and sofa. There are two bathrooms with showers, bath and toilet , one completely brand new for Sept 2022. Each of the five double bedrooms have been renovated to a high standard, with double beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers, blackout blinds, bedside cabinets, desk & chair & large noticeboard. The Tv Licence is paid for by the landlord. There is a sunny garden to the rear with a patio, garden furniture and a large dry padlocked shed for bikes etc. Security has been well considered with all windows lockable, a padlocked back gate, the front door has a mortice lock and all bedrooms are lockable. There is a convenience shop selling all the basics, 100 metres away. The house is managed by the owners who live locally, have a responsible attitude and will address any problems which arise.
The landlord/letting agent would like to let this property as a whole. Most commonly to be offered on a joint tenancy agreement though some landlords may be able to offer individual tenancy agreements. If the property is for a single dweller an individual tenancy applies.
