Hello, P & H Property are a small business, just the three properties. Each House is a house of beauty and character, all conveniently located on the Arboretum boarders very convenient for the Trent University and Town. I manage and maintain the houses to a high standard. All but one of the room are large, some are very large (3.9x4.8m) all with double beds. Each house has a large lounge with sofas and dining table, kitchens are modern fitted, each house has two bath room and toilets. Each house has a cellar and patio or decked area. Fire doors and fire detectors are fitted to each room. Each house has a burglar alarm, and meets all Landlords safety standards and are HMO licensed. We're friendly and fair. The prices are for rent including Bills, (Gas, Electricity, water, high speed broadband and TV license) in pounds per week. The contracts are for 11 Months. The deposit is 300 pounds.     The location was ideal, about a 15 minute walk to city campus and a 10 minute walk to both Aldi and Asda. I enjoyed living in the property as a whole, however the saniflow toilet did cause issues. The landlord, Pete, was very helpful and always tried to get things sorted asap which I really appreciated.

    The location was great for getting to and from uni, about a 10-12 minute walk or 2 stops on the tram. The house was nice and spacious and the garden area is also a bonus. Pete (the landlord) is great at making sure any issue are sorted out quickly, i would recommend this property

    I’ve had an amazing year living in 18 lake street. Very easy to access all the essential places such as Nottingham Trent uni and city centre. Peter Boyes has been a brilliant, helpful and kind landlord. He’s always solved any issues we’ve had immediately.

    Living in 18 lake street has been the best and I’ll truly miss it. Pete has been an excellent landlord and whenever you needed help with anything, he would be there right away ! Location is great, about a 3 minute walk away from the tram to town, or a 10/15 minute walk away, also about a 10 minute walk from the retail park with an Aldi, the gym, and other essential stores, and a 5 minute walk to Asda. The rooms were a great size and the living room/kitchen area were also great. Overall, a lovely memorable time spent in that house.
