Premium Student Studio at St Georges Tower St George’s Tower is an all-studio development which aims to beat the competition by offering spacious, well-equipped accommodation at a very competitive price. The studios are in the upper seven floors of the tower and therefore have great views of the city. There are two types of studio: Deluxe and Premium. Deluxe studios are 2 sqm larger than Premium and have dual aspect windows as they’re on the corners of the building. All studios have a fully equipped kitchenette with breakfast bar with hob, combi oven and microwave, toaster, kettle, and fridge freezer. There is a small double bed (three quarter size) with under bed storage, desk, large wardrobe, wall-mounted TV, and private bathroom with shower. The development has a student common room with communal TV and video gaming. The common room is used for regular social events in the evenings organised by the management. There is also a study room and games room near the common room. The development has a modern communal laundry. There is a large branch of Pure Gym on the site which is open 24/7 and has special rates for students. Location: 2 minutes’ walk from Leicester station. 10 minutes to De Montfort and 18 minutes to University of Leicester. The accommodation is very close to the Cultural Quarter, which has the Curve Theatre and Phoenix Independent Cinema, as well as all the shopping, coffee shops, bars and restaurants of the city centre.
