This three bedroom student house is incredibly well located as you'll see from the start of the video, with Aston Uni at the bottom of the street, which means BCU, the Conservatoire and Digbeth performers is really close too. 
The house has a lovely open plan kitchen/dining/lounge space which leads to a fabulous garden area, with decking and picnic bench style outdoor seating with a large cover. There is one really large bedroom, the two slightly smaller bedrooms have double bed lift up storage and on wall box storage systems to make up for the floor space. A really great house with parking to the front and situated in a nice cul de sac incredibly popular with many other students properties also in this spot.
