There is a rear courtyard garden. Upstairs are a further 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with shower over the bath. The house has gas central heating. Parking on the road requires a residents permit, there are usually 2 permits allocated per property which are controlled by Devon Permits.
