This property is clean, comfortable & stylish. The prices for monthly stays are £1,200 & £1,250 
1st floor double bedroom is available 3rd Dec 
& larger 2nd floor double bedroom from 12th Dec. This 3 storey house has stairs,  2 bathrooms, 2 outside areas & never feels crowded. It's a relaxed, welcoming, chilled & is LGBTQ+ friendly. 
Rescue dog 'Star', lives here, who dog friendly humans will love- every "non dog lover" has too. 
I'm a musician, DJ &  photographer, studied  at  UAL, a Londoner & love to travel. 
We are Zone 2, only 15 minutes to centre & Kings Cross St Pancras. Hampstead is 6 minutes away & Euston only 2 stops away.  It's an extremely well located area with  excellent direct  transport links  to pretty much everywhere. Paddington is 4 mins away on the tube &  Camden  Town 11 minutes away on the overground. The 5 airports that serve London are within easy access.  WiFi is strong, so good for college work. We have tiled kitchen &  bathroom  floors, a bath, shower  & heated towel rails. There is a very  spacious wet  room on ground floor, the washing  machine & the  garden is on  this level. The double room also has a work desk, as well as storage units & shelves.
Kitchen is well  equipped, with  fridge, freezer,  oven, hob, kettle, water filter, coffee machine, toaster, microwave & dishwasher.  We have clean, fresh, 100% cotton bedding. General cleaning of shared spaces is also included.
 There are 5  large supermarkets a few minutes  walk away, Tescos is only 1 minute away. Mediterranean fruit & vegetable stores are close by & 2 organic markets exist at the weekend. There's great take away & delivery service, its easy to book an Uber. The Kiln theatre & cinema is 4 minutes away . The front room is often available for guests to socialise & eat in, depending on my work load & what I'm doing.
