We have a full time Property Director, two dedicated Account Managers and many Administrators, a full time Maintenance Manager and a team of numerous builders and contractors. Our team only works for our student tenants and not for other agencies, so we are dedicated to making sure that our properties are maintained to a very high standard and are available quickly to deal with anything.


All of our houses comply with Brighton & Hove City Council Private Sector Housing Regulations. They have the necessary gas and electricity safety certifications. All are fitted with smoke detectors in all rooms and wired in to the electrical system which ensures your absolute safety.
