Many properties are within walking distance of both Universities in Lenton, Wollaton Park, The Park Estate and The Arboretum (city center). We have an excellent choice of good quality student properties in Nottingham, including a number of exclusive apartments & houses in the prestige Park Estate. We have been providing an alternative to Halls of Residence and Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) to both Nottingham & Trent University students from the very earliest days that students decided Halls & PBSA were not the answer for them. There is a constant rolling program of major improvements and upgrades to the properties. For 2024/25 academic year, a very large 9 bed property and a 7 bed property are being fully upgraded in The Arboretum.
