    Martin was without doubt the nicest landlord that i have dealt with. During our tenancy (2005) He was friendly, completed work on the house as promised and was at the house within 24 hours of us ever calling him in the event of any emergencies (ie when the washing machine broke, he came and replaced it within 2 days). When events forced us to end our tenancy earlier than originally planned, he was very accomodating and understanding of our circumstances.
