You enter into a large hallway which feels bright and spacious. Towards the rear of the property there is a large open plan lounge and kitchen. This is the perfect space for you to relax and enjoy your spare time together. The large breakfast bar makes for a very sociable space and you can sit and catch up on the days/nights events while making a cuppa or cooking up a storm. Supermarkets, a post office, cafés, shops, pharmacies, banks, bars and a pub or two :-) For those based up at Derriford (Marjons students and Medics) the free bus leaves from Mutley Plain just 2 minutes up the road.
