Ok, l'll be honest we is really mostly me, Ross. I've been letting property since I left Plymouth University early in 2000. So as a graduate I know the good, bad and quite frankly the f'ugly of Plymouth Student Accommodation!

I've done the viewings, I've met the landlords, been herded by the agents, I've been ripped off, frustrated and let down. It's not all bad but as you probably already know it can be a minefield. Looking for somewhere half decent to live can take time, patience and often a lot of luck! Over the years I've bought, renovated and tried to create the kind of places I wish I'd found as a student. Plymouth student accommodation as it should be.

I take great pride in ensuring my properties are given to you in a good condition and when you move in they will be spotlessly clean, well decorated and everything will work! Saying that we can't guarantee your house won't have problems throughout your tenancy but what is really important is we will do our very best to resolve issues quickly and properly. Our tenants are carefully chosen and although I'm not looking for angels or shy retiring types, I am looking for tenants who share a mutual respect and like living in a nice environment.

My philosophy:
Provide top quality student accommodation at reasonable prices. Maintain the property well, treat tenants with respect and remain approachable at all times.

A beautiful property with 4 large double bedrooms, fully refurbished, stylish and very very homely. Located in a quiet street, a short hop from Mutley Plain and just down the hill from the University this 4 bedroom house is a hidden gem. It’s not just a house it’s a home that will make you smile from ear to ear, it has a real warmth.
This is a substantial property for a 4 bedroom student house and all of the rooms are a good size. The lounge is behind the first door, packed full of period features including a large open fireplace. There’s plenty of comfy seating too, the perfect place to cosy up with your friends to watch a film. The kitchen is perfectly formed with plenty of space for a dining table/chairs and a large breakfast bar. Modern and fresh it makes a great space to hang with your friends. Another big bonus of this property is the yard at the rear. It has raised flower beds, an undercover area to shelter under with secure wall fixings to lock bikes/surfboards to. There’s also plenty of space for BBQs, and a lockable store, this pad is plush!
The bathroom has a powerful shower and full-sized bath to soak and unwind in. There’s also a second WC downstairs to save you queuing at times of need.
The bedrooms are all good sized doubles, so no squabbling who is going to get the tiny box room here! This is a 4 bedroom student house your friends will envy.
 
Bills
The cost of electricity, gas, water and a standard internet package are currently coming it at approximately £12-16 per person per week. 

Location
Grafton Road is just 2 minutes from Mutley Plain and a 10 minute stroll from the main campus. Mutley is one of the main hubs of student life in Plymouth and you’ll find everything you could possibly need on Mutley plain. Supermarkets, a post office, cafés, shops, pharmacies, banks, bars and a pub or two :-) For those based up at Derriford (Marjons students and Medics) the free bus leaves from Mutley Plain just 2 minutes up the road.
