    The location is really good if ur second or third year as u know your way around the city loads of shops around so easy to do shopping. Getting to campus was easy as anything as my campus was only ten minute walk away from the house. Living in the house was nice as there was plenty of room for all of 5 of us and really good when friends come over as the living room is easy big enough for 8 people Barbara was a very good landlord as any problems what happened within the house she got them fixed as soon as she could and was every understand of any problem’s that had happen within the house also the rent is very cheap for the area.

    Barb has been nothing but helpful during the entire tenancy with whatever problem came up. The house is in a perfect location for both LJMU and Uni of Liverpool students and any needed amenities within walking distance. The property is spacious both in rooms and communal areas with a larger than standard kitchen with all the storage space necessary. I would highly recommend renting with Barb

    The location for the property is great, just on the edge of Kensington fields and local to all amenities. The house is spacious with all bedrooms having excellent space. Barbara can not do enough to help when needed and is quick to resolve any issues and always on hand.

    The location is very nice, situated around a variety of different stores and close to the hospital. It is about a 20 min walk to Liverpool John Moores and even closer to University of Liverpool. The property is very spacious and the rooms are amazing. The landlord was always in contact about any updates/information concerning the property and surrounding area, it was very easy to get in contact with her regarding any maintenance issues in the house and they were sorted out within a good time frame.
