Whether it’s the tenants who gets charged ridiculous fees just to apply for a house, and then can’t get an answer to repair that boiler, or the landlord who feels like they’re being ripped off and messed around.  That’s why we like to do things a bit differently.

No fees for tenants…ever.
Rents are high enough these days, so we don’t believe in charging fees to tenants.  You pay a deposit and your rent; that’s it!
