Norwich Student Lettings is the dedicated student brand of Champion property Management; we aim to take a fresh and fair approach to letting to students.

Lets face it; no one likes letting agents.  Whether it’s the tenants who gets charged ridiculous fees just to apply for a house, and then can’t get an answer to repair that boiler, or the landlord who feels like they’re being ripped off and messed around.  That’s why we like to do things a bit differently.

No fees for tenants…ever.
Rents are high enough these days, so we don’t believe in charging fees to tenants.  You pay a deposit and your rent; that’s it!

Each property we manage has a dedicated property manager who knows the house, the landlord and the tenants personally.  This is how we can offer such great service, and keep our customers happy.
