Each of the bedrooms comes fully furnished, ready for you to move in with a double bed, small flat-screen TV, plenty of storage space for all of your belongings as well as a desk and chair so you can study from home. The lounge is the perfect place to relax after a long day of lectures and comes fully equipped with comfy sofas and a flat screen television. It leads onto the kitchen that also comes furnished with an oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, and washing machine. Beresford Street is located in a hugely popular student area of Stoke, just a short 4 minute walk away from Staffordshire University's campus. There are local stores and shops also extremely close by, so everything you need is on your doorstep and Stoke City Centre is just a 20 minute walk away. Keele University is 40 minutes away by bus.
