How the booking process works

  1. Choose a room

    Once you've picked your preferred room, booking your stay is a breeze. Simply select the length of stay from the dropdown menu and click on the "Book now" button.

  2. Fill in tenant details

    Next, provide your details and choose how you would like to pay your rent; either pay the rent in full or pay in instalments during your stay.

    Just a heads up, you’ll need a guarantor based in the UK. If you don’t have one, don’t worry, our friends at Housing Hand can help you out.

  3. Complete your booking

    Once you’ve submitted your details, we’ll pass on your booking request to LUNA.

    You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account with LUNA, where you’ll be able to pay the security deposit to reserve your room.

Don’t miss out! To reserve your room, you’ll need to pay the £250 security deposit, which will later convert into a refundable security deposit.

Once you’ve paid the security deposit, you’ll have 24 hours to complete your tenancy agreement. Your booking will be confirmed once the tenancy agreement is signed.

Cancellation & refunds

You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.

In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
