Renters’ Reform Webinar 22nd June

We are delighted to welcome Eleanor Bateman, Senior Campaigns and Public Affairs Officer for the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) to our next webinar.
Ellie will join our event to provide an update on how the NRLA is engaging with the government on the Renters’ Reform Bill and in particular how they are representing the interests of student landlords.
Fixed term tenancies
Many student landlords and agents are concerned about the potential impact of the removal of fixed-term tenancies and their ability to let their properties in line with the academic calendar. This is a concern the NRLA has been discussing with the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) for some time.
The NLRA has recently attended a round table meeting on student housing with DLUHC and Ellie will be able to update you on those discussions and potential outcomes.
Q & A
In addition to the update from Ellie there will be an opportunity for you to ask questions of both the NRLA and the AFS team.
The webinar takes place at 2pm on the 22nd of June and you can register here
