Accommodation for Students says
"The Roman city of Bath has a wealth of stunning buildings and scenery, with the beautiful Mendip Hills, the Cotswolds and the charming Severn Estuary close at hand. Bath is one of the most visited cities in the country and even in the 19th century, it’s been a fashionable spot, inspiring Jane Austen to move there and write two of her famous novels. Literature lovers can retrace her steps by visiting the Jane Austen Centre or taking part in The Jane Austen Festival. To move even further back in time, the ancient Roman Baths are a must-see, and the visit could be followed by a session in the Thermae Spa, where you can enjoy a soak in Britain’s only natural steaming water".
