Rankings
Swansea University is a UK top 25 University (Guardian University Guide 2024) and ranks highly for student satisfaction and graduate prospects across all major UK League Tables. Swansea University also ranks in the top 250-300 in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings for 2024.
Employability
Swansea Employability Academy (SEA) provide an all encompassing employability support service, preparing students for the world of work after graduation. From industry placements and work experience, to career development courses and paid work opportunities. A range of bursaries are also available. Swansea's Student Enterprise scheme also provides a safe space to trial launching your own business.
Fees
Students in Wales will pay £9000 a year for 2024/25 and the same goes for students in the rest of England. New EU students starting their Undergraduate studies in 2024/24 will be admitted as an International student for VISA and Finance purposes.
Tuition Fees will be charged at the same rate as International students however for 2024/25 EU Bursaries will be available to reduce your fee to the equivalent UK rate.

Bursaries
Swansea University offers academic scholarships, department specific funding, international scholarships, sporting bursaries/scholarships, Welsh medium scholarships and musician scholarships. Specifics and money information can be found here.
Accommodation
Accommodation is offered on both campus locations; Bay and Singleton Park as well as off campus offered at Beck House, Hendrefoelan Student Village. Fees vary via accommodation from £130 per week to £258 per week. Further pricing can be found here Accommodation Fees - Swansea University

Students' Union
The Students’ Union runs over 150 societies and over 50 sports clubs,as well as an advice and support centre for struggling students.

News
Swansea University has been ranked 12th for overall student satisfaction in the 2021 National Student Survey (NSS). Published on 15 July, the results reveal that 82 per cent of Swansea students say that they are satisfied with their course overall. The NSS is a comprehensive UK-wide survey of students’ views carried out independently and anonymously by Ipsos-MORI. Students are asked their views on areas such as teaching, assessment and feedback, academic support, the organisation and management of their course, learning resources, the student voice and their Students’ Union.
