Tenants singly and jointly responsible for rent - Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. Rent payable termly in advance - July/August paid upon commencement of the tenancy along with the deposit. Then - 4 months due 1st Sept to cover up to 31/12/25. Then 3 months due on 1st Jan 2026 and again on 1st April 2026 to run to the end of the tenancy. Deposit of £600 each person payable upon signing the agreement please by all 4 tenants. Also Guarantors needed to co-sign for each tenant - parent or guardian.
