    We have six in the house, and being everyone's first time living overseas, we were bound to encounter a few problems. But King and his crew have gone the extra mile to make us feel welcome in our home away from home. I remember when he gave us a tour of the house even before it had been refurbished, when he went out of his way to settle paperwork before we moved in, when he drove down in the middle of the night because some numpties had locked themselves out of their rooms (on Christmas, no less), and when he got things fixed within days of asking. I'm not one to sugarcoat, and being a newly refurbished house, we did run into quite a few problems early on. But King and his crew made the difference by responding promptly and taking our feedback into proper consideration. We'd heard of horror stories of our friends' landlords, and we're very happy with the decision we've made to go with King. (Did I mention he hosts a pretty kickass evening at his restaurant for tenants?).

    Anything and everything that needs doing, he does as soon as possible; and goes over and above what is needed. The house is in great condition, and he has bought extra things such as bike sheds as well as a dishwasher and dryer for the house since we moved in. Couldnt ask for a better landlord.
