We have an excellent choice of good quality student properties in Nottingham, including a number of exclusive apartments & houses in the prestige Park Estate. We have been providing an alternative to Halls of Residence and Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) to both Nottingham & Trent University students from the very earliest days that students decided Halls & PBSA were not the answer for them. There is a constant rolling program of major improvements and upgrades to the properties. For 2024/25 academic year, a very large 9 bed property and a 7 bed property are being fully upgraded in The Arboretum.
