    I wish I had found this company in my second year of university when we were looking for accommodation. The landlord of the property was very understanding of any situations that presented themselves. He also refurbished the bedrooms while we were still living there so we could make the most of our time in the house. If there was a problem with the house he would sort it straight away. The rent was really reasonable and the best we found which is why we stayed there two years in a row. The furniture was high quality and well maintained. Overall a really good house and landlord.

    I have lived in this property for two years now, it is very good accommodation, includes all bills (internet, water, electricity, gas tv licence)and the cheapest I have come across. The landlord is very understanding and as soon as you report a problem he has someone who can come and it (very rare). He has given our rooms colour, put new blinds in and new draws in the kitchen to make this place more homely. Highly recommend.

    Always down to earth, easy to get along with. And great communication from him, this was one of the reasons why we renewed with him. Was always available, gave me his mobile number so there was always direct dealings with him. Brilliant service, whenever there was a problem he would have it solved on that day or definitely by the following day. Even went as far as fixing next doors guttering because it had caused damages to our house. There were some repairs that were needed on on the shower where the sealant had worn away, there was one phone call made to our landlord and the problem was solved the next day and a new shower wall was installed. Our house needed a new fridge because there was a lack of room and when our new contract started we had a brand new fridge which suited our needs perfectly.
