Thank you very much for being such a brilliant landlord to us for the past 2 years, we really have had the best time living at 13 St Albans Road! We are very sad to be leaving.
We really enjoyed living there and appreciated the help you gave us throughout the year regarding maintenance - the new carpet in my room was a welcome upgrade!
I would just like to say that I thoroughly enjoyed living in the Mutley Tavern residence and would like to thank you for all of the effort that was put in to making it such a nice place to live.
Just to let you know I have moved out of 3 Bryn y Mor Crescent now leaving the room as it was when I arrived... Thank you for renting the house to us, it has been a great house and I would certainly recommend you as a landlord to anyone searching for student properties around Swansea. Thank you again.
When you move into a rental property you will be required to pay a refundable security deposit.
The deposit is designed to provide the accommodation provider with a financial commitment that you're going to uphold the terms of your tenancy agreement. Keep in mind that throughout your tenancy, the deposit remains your property and is just being securely held by your accommodation provider.
Provided your tenancy runs smoothly and you leave the property in the condition you found it, you will receive your deposit back in full when you move out. However, the accommodation provider is entitled to make deposit deductions for missing items, damage or breaches to the terms set out in the tenancy agreement.

We all enjoyed living in the property, and having you as landlords.
Thank-you for the return of my deposit. It was a pleasure having you as a land lord and I very much enjoyed my time in the house.
Thank you so much David, I shall pass your comments on to everyone. We're pleased that all our hard work was appreciated and we all really enjoyed living in 107.
