    Mrs. Ann is a caring and considerate landlord that I have ever had when I study in the UK. As a foreign student doing PhD, what I need most is a tranquil place for doing my research and timely assistance if there is a problem that I cannot deal with. Mrs. Ann’s house and services satisfies all these, providing me a clean room and quiet space for study. She also contact me time to time, warmly confirming whether I should need more assistance. It is especially the case during the hard time of COVID-19 lockdown, which I really appreciate her kindness help. She maintains the house in good condition and always prepares to fix problems (hot water, heat, internet, etc). And if there’s some disputes between tenants, she is also willing to mediate them impartially. In addition, the price is reasonable with a clear instruction of contract. So no worries of deception. She is also open for negotiation if it is reasonable. Overall, if you’re a overseas student like me, Mrs. Ann is a good landlord that you could trust with your full heart.
