Living at 26 Beechwood Road was great, and a highlight to my uni experience. Set on a nice road with a good balance between students and Swansea residents, a 10 minute walk from Singleton Campus and the beach, and only a 2 minute walk from Uplands and the parks. The property is spacious, tidy, with airy rooms and a nice back yard for evening gatherings and summer BBQ's. The landlord is very helpful and always friendly. If anything breaks or is a problem, he is at the ready and will sort it within days, and there is always some freshening up being done before the September year begins again for the new or remaining tenants.
The house is in a great location with 5 large double bed rooms with a large kitchen and lounge. The kitchen comes with all appliances and plenty of storage room. Neil was the best landlord I had over my 5 years in Swansea due to sorting any problems or questions you may have quickly. We were really happy we found this house and Neil.
Great service. Replied to all problems within a day and got things fixed no questions asked. Was an awesome price too. Highly recommend.

When you move into a rental property you will be required to pay a refundable security deposit.
The deposit is designed to provide the accommodation provider with a financial commitment that you're going to uphold the terms of your tenancy agreement. Keep in mind that throughout your tenancy, the deposit remains your property and is just being securely held by your accommodation provider.
Provided your tenancy runs smoothly and you leave the property in the condition you found it, you will receive your deposit back in full when you move out. However, the accommodation provider is entitled to make deposit deductions for missing items, damage or breaches to the terms set out in the tenancy agreement.
