Rent is is £150 per week, per person. The pictures look great and so does the house! There are 3 rooms available to let in this house. We offer 8 weeks half rent over the summer if you take the lease but do not occupy the property. 3 large double bedrooms to let in a student house. The rooms are fully furnished with double beds , a double wardrobe, drawers and a desk. Kitchen has a fridge freezer, built in cooker, gas hob, microwave and washing machine. All bills are included...( TV Licence, gas, electric, water rates and broadband) You must pay the rent termly in September, January and April. Or if coming direct from a parents bank account, you may pay monthly after asking our permission. We always wait for student loans to come in , so please don’t worry, what ever day the loans come in is the day we expect you to pay the rent. The house is within a short walk of Salford university. If you are an overseas student we will require the full 12 month rent to be paid in advance. If you are a UK student we will require a guarantor who is resident in the UK. We do not take deposits....but you must provide a guarantor. We do not charge any fees for securing the property or checking references. This landlord is registered with Salford County Council and the property is licensed. This landlord has a total of 50 Student rooms to let every year and you can be confident that you will be in safe, experienced hands. We offer a 24 hour call out service.
