8 bed house, St Davids Hill

phd or mature students wanted for a house which has always been for phd or masters students. a recent extension has created a new Lounge and extended kitchen. No photos at the moment. As many of my tenants have finished their phd this year I have several en-suite rooms available. This house is has always been a warm house with a nice atmosphere. The rooms are a good size as the house used to be a guest house. Bedroom doors are lockable, and you have your own separate food cupboards. Our phd students usually stay the full 3 years, but we operate a minimum 10 month contract. All rooms have all the furniture you need, plus a proper desk, and computer chair.
