    The landlord was extremely helpful and easy to contact during the entire process. If anything needed fixing, Mani was quick and efficient with sorting it. The flat itself is a lovely character property with most of its original industrial features, the property is extremely well maintained and in a great location, a 5 minute walk into the city centre. Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed our time in this flat and would recommend to future tenants.

    The location was brilliant in the city centre and about a 5 min walk to NTU. The flat was very nice with lovely sunny roof terrace. The Landlord is really nice and owns and manages his own properties and was always available if and when needed.
