    The location is well situated for getting campus east and not too far from anywhere on a bike! It's a lovely quiet residential area and we didn't have any trouble with neighbours, it's nice to be a bit outside of a student area to get the quiet. Living in the property was great - it's a very nice house with good bedrooms and well maintained by Caroline, who is always quick to fix problems and very helpful! We had a really lovely time here - even though a lot of it was spent locked down we were so grateful to be in such a nice place!

    Caroline was a lovely landlady and responded straight away to any problems we had, no matter how small they were. She allowed us to split the rent unequally so that the people in the smaller rooms payed less than those in the larger rooms. The house is close to campus east, and is about a 15 minute cycle (30 minute walk) to campus west. There is also a bus stop into town just at the end of the road.

    I really enjoyed the two years I spent at the house. It was nicely decorated and felt like a home. It contained everything a student could need, including a sheltered bike rack in the garden which was very useful. Caroline is a brilliant and lovely landlady, always making us feel welcome and at home and was very quick to answer any questions or sort any problems we had.

    The house is in a great location with Nisa, Sainsbury's and the Space Station (which is open 24 hrs) nearby. It's a short walk to campus east and about 40 minutes walk to campus west. There's excellent cycle paths to both campuses and to town. The number 6 and the park and ride stop very nearby to get to and from town as well. The property is a lovely clean house supplied with all the appliances you could need. However the real selling point of this property is Caroline, the landlady. She's very friendy, gave us some bits to get started when we first moved in. She was always very quick to respond to any problems we had and really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Her husband Graham can handle most of the maintenance himself which was really great; our oven broke one evening and he came and fitted a new one the next morning! I lived in this property for two years and I'd definitely recommend it.
