The lounge has 2 sofas and storage and doors that open straight into the garden which is good for BBQ's access to shed / garage in the back of the garden. All rooms have at least one desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed etc etc. The bathroom is fitted with a multi-jet shower. I am an ex Uni. of Soton Graduate and like the tenants to treat the house as their home. I will willingly pay for additional paint, curtains, shelves etc at the tenants request if it will lead to an overall improvement to the house. 3 of the rooms have double beds and 1 with a single. Arnold Road is a quiet road with safe on road car parking and ~10min walk to uni. There is also a garage for Bike parking plus a shed which can be used for bike storage. One of the bedrooms has an attached toilet and basin. I pay a gardener to keep the garden up to scratch. Nice garden for BBQ's etc..

    20 Arnold Road is a great location for a student house, being very close to Portswood and its shops as well as within walking distance of both Highfield and Avenue campuses. The house itself is well furnished , with everything I’ve needed as a student including a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and drying racks around the house with one in the garden as well. Speaking of the garden, it’s spacious and green which makes it ideal for having friends over in warm weather. Steve is a great landlord and is always willing to help with any problems. The few we’ve had have been very efficiently resolved with long lasting solutions. He’s been very attentive and enthusiastic to make our experience as easy as possible (which has been particularly helpful as a final year student). He also makes sure the property is well maintained, with a gardener on call to keep the front and back gardens tidy and a handyman on call to fix issues within the house. I’ve had a very good experience living in this house and have nothing to complain about.

    We have had a great experience with Steve as a landlord. He's very easy to get in touch with and always replies promptly. Any issues are always sorted out immediately. The property was in an excellent location, a very short walk to get to the university campus as well as Portswood high street.

    I'm a french student and I was in Steve's house 6 month ago. Steve is a very nice guy. He's serious, helpfull and very understanding. The house is great and I enjoyed to be in it. This area in Southampton is quite good (not far from the uni, pubs ...).

    Steve has been a great Landlord, willing to replace anything that has gone wrong and make improvements to the house. We have lived in the house for two years now,and I feel that we have been able to make it our own. The house is in a great location, near to Portswood highstreet, and within easy walking distance of each campus. Being the end of the terrace, the drive and garage have come on very handy for three cars! We have had a great time and will be sad to leave!
