    Rolly rented me and my housemates the property when our previous landlord scammed us. Rolly came as a blessing, he was always soo understanding and sensitive to our situation. We have never had any issues with him or even appliances in the house. He is very very informative, as to providing every detail needed and give us evidence of security deposit. He is very transparent and very friendly. We’ve all enjoyed our time and could not have asked for a better landlord, especially in our circumstance. We drew a plan together and even documented all on a group chat and excel sheet so that everyone would have a copy and legal evidence. We hope the next tenants enjoy their time in the house as much as we did! It’s great location to St John campus, has a coop 4 min away and Aldi, the Range and McDonald’s just 10-12min away. Including bus 31/31A going to town centre and uni campus. Couldn’t be better location. Neighbours are very friendly and peaceful. Even when it’s time for the bins, they will be taken straight from the driveway, which saves time from moving it up and down. Plenty off road parking, 2 cars could fit perfectly and beautiful stone-based garden with seating area for nice time out. There’s a line to hang clothes too. No tumble drier but it all always works out as there’s plenty space and ventilation in the house for clothes to hand and not have condensation. Plus extra mini-freezer for extra storage, which is always great to have!!

    I have had a very positive experience living in this property. It's only a 5 minute walk from the St Johns campus and a 10-15 minute walk from the City one. It's not too far from a couple supermarkets, the closest being the little co-op round the corner from the house. And the Landlord is very down to earth, understanding and easy to contact should there be any issues

    The location is a five minute walk to the university as well as surrounding shops. The property is well laid out and the bedrooms are decent sizes. Any issues with anything in the house, the landlord is easy to contact and is fast acting when fixing any problems. Nothing is ever too much.
