There are 3 good-sized double bedrooms with standard double beds, and one smaller room with 120 cm small double bed. The little room is cosy and sunny. The rear garden is exceptionally large and is maintained by the landlord. The separate lounge has been extended to provide a dining area, with patio doors onto the garden. The bus stop for the city centre is very nearby. You won't need a bus to UKC! It's so close by. The house is let excluding bills, but a popular option is for housemates to take out an independent bills package for around £30 per week per person, for unlimited gas, water, electricity and internet use. Bills inclusive is also an option. Available from July 1st 2023 for a group of 4 sharers. You pay half-rent in July and August. I hope this could be the house for you!
