Sarah is great — she is very communicative: always letting us know when ppl might need to see the flat, but also being very responsive to anything that comes up!     I’ve had a fab 2 years in this property. The location is ideal being so close to the heart of uplands yet in a quiet area, plus being a short walk from the beach. The house has a nice homely feel and the added bonus of a garden which is great when the sun is out. The landlords here have been really fantastic, any issues that have been brought to their attention have been dealt with very quickly, and I’ve never had an issue with contacting them. They’re super friendly and go out of their way to help tenants where they can, and we’ve always been kept in the loop about people visiting the house or any works being done. I’ll be sorry to leave, I really have had a great experience!

    Fantastic location, close to uplands crescent and the city centre. Sarah and Paul are wonderful landlords, super helpful and attentive. House is lovely with regular cleaners!
