Parking is on street, or tenants can apply to Swansea council for a parking permit to also be able to park in permit bays.

All bills are included with the rent- Wifi, Virgin Media package, and all utilities. Cleaner provided fortnightly.

Deposit is £250 with a uk guarantor.

A holding deposit of £120 is taken to reserve the room, deducted off the first months rent.
