    The house is in a good location only a short walk to campus, train station and shops, on one of the quieter streets in Selly. It’s well maintained with large bedrooms and a decent sized garden. The landlord Paul responds quickly to any issues. Would definitely recommend!

    Great house, with all the things you need. Any issues we had were sorted really quickly by the landlord, including replacing the Extractor fan and repairing the oven. Not a bad location, on a pretty quiet street for Selly Oak.

    123 was a great house to live in as a student in Birmingham. The house itself was in a very good location - close to shops and campus, and it was relatively quiet. All of the rooms were a good size and in good condition as well as the communal areas. The house was well maintained by the landlord, who responded to any issues we had quickly (usually within a couple of days if it wasn't urgent). Overall, I would strongly recommend this house, and the landlord, to everyone.
