Hello, P & H Property are a small business, just the three properties. Each House is a house of beauty and character, all conveniently located on the Arboretum boarders very convenient for the Trent University and Town. I manage and maintain the houses to a high standard. All but one of the room are large, some are very large (3.9x4.8m) all with double beds. Each house has a large lounge with sofas and dining table, kitchens are modern fitted, each house has two bath room and toilets. Each house has a cellar and patio or decked area. Fire doors and fire detectors are fitted to each room. Each house has a burglar alarm, and meets all Landlords safety standards and are HMO licensed. We're friendly and fair. The prices are for rent including Bills, (Gas, Electricity, water, high speed broadband and TV license) in pounds per week. The contracts are for 11 Months. The deposit is 300 pounds.     Hardly any problems at all and when there were he was always available to sort them out and did it straight away. One instance was when the hover wasn’t working properly, I called and told him and he said ‘no problem, ill sort it out’ within two days we had a Dyson! He helped us sort out the bills quite a lot too. The only negative thing I can say about him as a landlord is that we were charged 25 pounds each for cleaning the house when we moved out even though we cleaned before we left but that is nothing in comparison to some of the troubles my friends have had with landlords/estate agents. Other than that charge we got our full deposits back. I would definitely recommend Peter as a landlord.

    Pete was a legend sorted any problems out straight away, text to let us know when putting rent cheques through and made sure loans had cleared. Helpful when sorting bills out, didnt do us over with deposits like past landlords and even brought some beers over for one of our birthdays! great landlord.

    Pete was a great landlord, any problem and he or his wife came straight round to sort it out. I even told him i was having a party for my birthday and instead of telling us not to act like wild apes, he brought me round a crate of booze. Hero.
