The large sociable kitchen has 2 large fridge/freezers, washing machine, separate clothes dryer machine etc etc. It also has parking on the driveway at the front and a garage at the rear. Close to portswood amenities, 10mins from Uni. All rooms are large and recently decorated. I also pay for the gardener myself. I have also renewed all carpets in Great garden for BBQ's which also has a garage with secure ground anchors for storage of bikes etc. Also see this website for my testimonials.     As a student at UoS, living at 453 Portswood Rd was extremly convenient. Had everything I needed within a 10-15 min walk from the property. Could get to uni 10 mins or less. Living here was amazing for my attendance record. Best thing about the house is the homely quality it brings. You can really make it feel like home. And Steve is an amazing landlord. Prompt, easy to get a hold of, he really looks after his tennants and I've never had a landlord so happy to help me with anything.

    The house is 5 minutes aways from a Sainsbury's and 12 minutes away from the university. Steve is a considerate and responsive landlord. He always tries to quickly solve any issues that might arise.

    I'm a french student and I was in Steve's house 6 month ago. Steve is a very nice guy. He's serious, helpfull and very understanding. The house is great and I enjoyed to be in it. This area in Southampton is quite good (not far from the uni, pubs ...).

    Steve has been a great Landlord, willing to replace anything that has gone wrong and make improvements to the house. We have lived in the house for two years now,and I feel that we have been able to make it our own. The house is in a great location, near to Portswood highstreet, and within easy walking distance of each campus. Being the end of the terrace, the drive and garage have come on very handy for three cars! We have had a great time and will be sad to leave!
