    The location of 28 Ford Park Road suits student life well. It's a short walk from the university campus, train station and the life centre where many sports clubs take place. It's also a stones throw from Mutley Plain where shops, pubs and eateries can be found along with bus stops connecting you to the whole city including the Marjon campus and out to Dartmoor. Plymouth university is very easy to get to just by walking and 28FPR is close enough to come home between lectures. Also a slight diversion means you can walk along Mutley plain and stop at any shops. All in all the location of 28FPR is very convenient for all aspects of student life. The property itself accommodates a range of bedroom sizes. There are two wash rooms one also containing a bath and two separate toilets. This layout accommodates 7 housemates well with little or no delay to morning routines or shower availability. Similarly, the kitchen is large and equipped with two cookers and hobs making food preparation easy alongside other housemates. I can't thank the landlords enough! Any problems were sorted quickly and efficiently, They were also very informative abut any work or house improvements well ahead of time. Overall, they were very friendly and would really go out of their way to help out and wanted to make sure you were happy and looked after. Landlord-tenant relationship was important to me and I actually stayed with Julie and Sam for 4 years because of this and their lovely accommodation.

    I have lived at 3 different accommodations with Julie and she is an amazing landlady! Whenever there is an issue with the accommodation, she would deal with it as soon as possible and she can be contacted really easily. All the accommodations that I have lived at are top quality and well maintained, as well as within walking distance from uni. I highly recommend Julie's accommodations! You won't be disappointed.

    I would recommend this student house without reserve. The landlords themselves are happy to resolve any issue and do so promptly. The house itself is well insultated, spacious and homely. It’s location is also ideal being a short walk from Mutley and Plymouth University while being on a relatively quiet road.
